Q4: Can I get samples? How long is the sample lead time? Do I need to pay for it?

A: We can offer free sample for the new idea of old customers. For new
customers, sample charge is required, which can be returned once you
place an order. Therefore, sample is free of charge!

Q5: What is the MOQ?

A: Small MOQ or no MOQ for normal products. It will be a chance for our customers toexpand their markets.

Q6: CanyouOEM?

A: OEM is always available. Our professional engineers are not only able
to give advice to customers, but also can design the package box
according to customer’s needs.

Q7: How long is the production lead time?

A: Usually, a 20GP needs 30 days, a 40HQ needs 35 days and two 40HQ
need 45 days. But if it is an urgent order, we will try our best to reduce
the production lead time.

Q8: How about the payment method?

A: T/T will be the best, but it is negotiable if you want to pay in another way.
